Specialist technical writing for vocational education and training products, including qualifications, units of competency, Companion Volume Implementation Guides and consultation documentation.
Content is written in clear, concise language and aligned with national policy and regulatory requirements.
Services include occupational analysis, training product design and preparation of technical documentation to support consultation and technical committee processes.
COMPLIANCE
Compliant assessment processes and products
Development and review of assessment tasks and tools to ensure alignment with units of competency and compliance with the Standards for RTOs. Services include assessment validation support and quality reviews that identify compliance risks and provide practical recommendations for improvement.
Practical, evidence-based reviews identify compliance risks and provide clear recommendations to strengthen assessment design and support high-quality training outcomes.
LEARNING DESIGN & eLEARNING
Design and development of effective learning solutions
Development of learning and assessment resources based on training package requirements. Services include learning design, digital learning content and eLearning development that supports effective training delivery and learner engagement.

Technical writer supporting the development and review of national training package products across the construction, property and infrastructure sectors.
Work involved collaborating with the Project Manager, industry stakeholders and Technical Committee members to analyse workforce skills, draft training products and support consultation processes aligned with the Training Package Organising Framework.

SuniTAFE - Mildura
Supported governance and compliance activities aligned with the Victorian Government Asset Management Accountability Framework (AMAF), including review and redevelopment of strategic asset management documentation and supporting policies.
Key contributions:

Analysed AMAF audit findings to identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities

Rewrote the Asset Management Plan to reflect the 2025–2029 planning period and integrate AMAF requirements

I work collaboratively with project managers, industry stakeholders and Technical Committees to ensure training products are practical, transferable and aligned with national training package and regulatory frameworks.
